In the main All Steels Trading Ltd operates as a virtual steel stockholder with imported material being held at strategically positioned docks for delivery within 48 hours from the time of order receipt. Most of the logistics in terms of steel movement from vessel discharge, goods inspection, warehousing, stock management to customer deliveries is outsourced to PD Ports – Groveport Logistics, Scunthorpe. who typically handle well in excess of 250,000 tonnes of steel per annum.
