Yes, you can upgrade at any time during your exhibition period. You'll only pay the difference between packages, and the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Due to the custom nature of physical materials (business cards, leaflets, labels), we cannot offer refunds for unused trackers. However, unused digital elements like smart links remain active for the full validity period.
You can connect your own email servers to send emails through your domain. This ensures better deliverability and maintains your brand identity. You provide the SMTP credentials, we handle the integration and sending through your servers.
No setup fees or hidden costs. The price you see includes everything: physical materials, platform access, tracking, alerts, and support. The only additional cost might be expedited shipping if needed urgently.
Standard delivery is 7-10 working days before your trade show. For urgent orders, we offer expedited production and next-day delivery (additional charges apply). We recommend ordering at least 6 weeks before your event.

You can export leads directly or use our built-in CRM. We also provide API access for custom integrations (your company has to be approved to access this feature).
